EMILY BRAND
Emily started her professional dance career in Chicago back in 2015 with a BFA in Dance. Over her time here she has broadened her career, & is currently the Rehearsal Director for Moonwater Dance Project. Emily’s work in dance film started about 4 years ago, & has since then been a part of films in Chicago, New York, and California. Emily is working with RMP as a way to bring to fruition different ideas with as many artists possible. Collaboration is something that needs to be seen more in the artist community, & Chicago is one of the best places to explore that.
ELENA DERN
It seems that having a movement journey consisting of structured experiences, like competing in Irish Step Dancing, being a member of a ballet company, & working as assistant choreographer for an Equity Theatre, resulted in a desire to break from uniformity. Elena began her creative process with writing, producing, & performing sketch comedy, & this creativity bug has attached itself to her love of dance. RMP has arisen as a way for her to voice & put life into artistic ideas, & to meet as many passionate
SARAH ELLEN MILLER
Sarah first fell in love with dance in the context of a rigorous ballet academy & it’s safe to say that intensity and drive has never left her. Right now she works as a freelance dancer and choreographer, fumbling her way through the Chicago community. RMP is her way of creating more opportunities, for herself and others, that focus on process & collaboration. Sarah is also a writer and melds this passion with dance to create exceedingly honest & candid representations of young femmes. She is currently working with Project Bound Dance for their 2020 season.

JOSEPH CAPSTICK
Joe has been a professional musical theatre actor and dancer since 2014. Based in Chicago and a member of Actors’ Equity Association, Joe has travelled to perform throughout Illinois and Wisconsin. Favorite credits include Newsies (Paramount Theatre), 42nd Street (Drury Lane Theatre), and Holiday Inn (Marriott Theatre). In addition to musical theatre, Joe is a highly experienced tap dancer taught and influenced by Matt Crowle, Tristan Bruns, and Jared Grimes.
SAM FINK
Sam is a freelance artist performing, choreographing, & teaching around the Midwest. She received her BFA in Dance from Southeast Missouri State University in 2015 & worked with various artists as Jennifer Archibald, Keigwin and Company, LeeSaar the Company, The Big Muddy Dance Company, & danced professionally with Leverage Dance Theatre in St. Louis. Upon moving to Chicago in 2015, Sam has danced with Simantikos Dance Chicago, Abby Williams/ Cattywampus Dance, Jamm’n Honey Dance, amongst various freelance projects. She currently is a third season company member with Hot Crowd Dance.
BRITTANY LATTA
Brittany received her BA in Dance at Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo. She has trained in ballet, modern, jazz & hip hop, fusing techniques to create a unique style. She has worked with artists, including Gabrielle Lamb, Rennie Harris, David Curwen & Monique Haley. In Chicago, Latta has had the opportunity to train with a scholarship at Visceral Dance Center under the direction of Nick Pupillo, & is a company dancer & administrative assistant with Hot Crowd Dance Company. Brittany also participates in freelance projects & teaches at local dance studios throughout the Chicagoland area.
ZAK McMAHON
Zak started his professional performance career in musical theater. He went to college at Southeast Missouri State & got his BFA in dance. Zak moved to Chicago in 2014 & became a guest artist with Chicago Dance Crash & eventually a company member. Currently, He is doing some freelance dance projects & collaborations, as well as some of his own choreography.
ERIN QUIGLEY
Erin fell in love with dance early in her childhood in St. Louis, MO. She went on to earn a BA in Dance Pedagogy from Butler University & later relocated to Chicago where she fell in love with the dance community & has stayed. Erin made her professional debut with Ensemble180's inaugural performance "Limb from Limb". She has continued freelancing around Chicago, performing in DanceWorks Chicago & Thodos Dance Chicago's "New Dances" among other projects. Always seeking different ways to perform, Erin is thrilled to have collaborated with the artists of Reel Movement Project.

MAX MOORE
Max Moore is a commercial and music video director\DP based in Chicago, IL. In his commercial work he’s created content for MasterCard, Ziploc, Johnson & Johnson, Mike’s Hard Lemonade, and others. His music video work for bands like Twin Peaks, Laura Jane Grace, and Post Animal has been featured in Rolling Stone, Paste Magazine, and The Fader. He also works as a Local 600 camera assistant on shows like Empire, Shameless, Chicago PD, and more.
JOSEPH NILSON
Joseph Nilson is a Chicago based DP, gaffer, & photographer. He can make anyone look 15 years younger and a lifetime of emotional trauma lighter, all while keeping the set from burning down. He started a lighting rental house, Orion Lighting LLC, primarily catering to local music videos & commercials. They have a cool logo. It’s tattooed on his arm, which is honestly pretty lame. He says the tattoo came first, but he’s a known liar & clearly uncomfortable with writing a bio. He’s been a member of The IATSE Studio Mechanics Local 476 since 2014 & has worked on a number of award-winning films and TV shows.

ALISON CLARE BLOOM
Alison is a Post Production Artist based in Chicago, IL, specializing in Compositing, Color Grading, and dabbles in every program she can fit onto her hard drive. Born in Chicago but raised in Michigan (Go Blue), Alison has a distinct midwestern vibe that she'll never be able to shake - so the Windy City was bound to be home! A distinct love of telling stories leads her to continuously finding new mediums through which to do so. Alison is a Flame Artist for Flavor, part of Cutters Studios.

Emily Tolan is a film editor based in Chicago, IL. Originally from Lancaster, Pennsylvania, growing up in the country side. It really made for some beautiful starry nights when there was no street lights. This is where she first started to pick up her camera. Decided to go to a warmer climate (and a beach) at Savannah College of Art & Design (SCAD) in Savannah, Georgia. Majored in Film & Television with a minor of Cinema Studies. Currently in Chicago… the Windy City. She has worked with documentaries, narratives, commercial, & experimentals. Currently works at Cutters.

DAYLEEN MARRERO
Dayleen M. Marrero is originally from Trujillo Alto, Puerto Rico & is currently staying in place in Chicago. Day believes to be a creative human who enjoys to do a variety of things & is always trying her best. She's a makeup artist at times & will help you look like the perfect Angel that you are. She studied dance at Columbia College & dances in friends' projects when asked & is an aerial Silks instructor & performer. It was a pleasure to work with with the very talented collaborators of RMP & she's down to do it again any time. Also, she loves her dog, cat & husband very much.

LUMOSCO
Lumosco Photo is a portrait, lifestyle, & event photography company, specializing in movement & human expression. Lumosco is powered by Sam Fink, a Chicago-based freelance photographer & dancer. Her exploration of photography originally began with her relationship with dance & her interest in capturing it on camera. Over the past six years, Sam has been shooting dance and portrait photography &, in 2019, created Lumosco & has never looked back. Sam is thrilled that she could contribute to the RMP community & cannot wait to see what the future holds for them!

VERLOE
Born on the North Side of Chicago in the 90’s, Dylan “VERLOE” Cooper is a local artist, illustrator, animator and designer. His personal body of work is a motley ensemble of grotesque characters & figures with a clear stylistic touch that stems from early graffiti influences.
As a freelance artist, he has worked & collaborated on a number of projects, creating logos, designing event posters, & producing cover art illustrations for local musicians. VERLOE designed Reel Movement Project's logo.
